Our Culinary Calender 2023

Here are the dates for 2023: „Der Kulinarische Kalender 2023“ (PDF, GE version only).

Look forward to our themed evenings, which we design as a culinary “journey” in which a European wine region or a well-known winery are presented.

Our hearts favour the Mediterranean recipes and those from the region of Baden. Prepare your senses to incomparable experiences that will invite you to a trip between the original “Cucina Siciliana” in its traditional way of preparation and the region of Baden cuisine, influenced by its French proximity.

All of our dishes are home-made. Our excellent cuisine prefers fresh products chosen from the biological or local agriculture. During the tastings, we focus in particular on the origin and characteristics of the wines.

Another tip: Theme nights are very popular, but the places we can offer are limited. It is therefore advisable to book as early as possible.
