There is no contradiction in enjoying oneself
during the fasting period, when this kind of
indulgence prepares the senses for high-quality,
elegant cuisine featuring turbot, monkfish,
lobster and oysters. Together with market-fresh
vegetables and salad, these delicacies from rivers
and sea will help welcome the upcoming springtime.

Our cart offers a variety of unique fish dishes (>download our 2023 menu). In addition to our classic carpaccio of Black Forest trout, Breton turbot, monkfish, scallops or skrei cod, there are, for example, vegetables from Provence, porcini mushroom vegetable risotto or the wonderful snow crab mullet with lobster sauce.
