Slaughter menu
After last year's great success, our 2025 slaughter menu is entering its second round.
A 5-course menu for everyone.
We combine familiar flavors of liver sausage or knuckle of pork with fine aromas and bring an elegant and lighter form of the “Schlachtplatte” to the table.
Everything is prepared by hand. We use high-quality products from our local butchers and suppliers.

Easter - Menu
Our major renovation is over and what better way to inaugurate a new kitchen than with a grandiose new menu just in time for Easter.
We offer you a 4-course menu with amuse and main course to choose from (fish & meat), both at lunchtime and in the evening on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.
