What ends up on your plate usually comes from nearby. We source our ingredients whenever possible from selected local producers. This supports the regional economy, reduces transport distances and helps protect the climate.
At Boutique Hotel Dorer, we consistently use LED lighting and energy-efficient technology. When purchasing new equipment, we always focus on the highest possible energy and water efficiency. Our electricity comes 100% from certified green power supplied by EGT Triberg.
Electricity, water, food and materials are used thoughtfully and sparingly. We prefer durable, efficient solutions over short-term or low-quality alternatives.
