Festival of the senses “fish & crustaceans“

 
Lobster, crayfish, oysters and premium fish
– fresh and superbly prepared. The inestimable
culinary stylings of Salvatore Cerasola – built on
a solid foundation of traditional Mediterranean
cuisine – with the aroma of thyme, rosemary, sage
and just a “kiss” of the nuanced Arabian spices
brought back by the seafarers of the North African
coast. Pure delight.

Included: Selected wines à la Mrs. Haberer-Bächle.
Besides offering typical “pane & olio” (home made
bread & olive oil) she is preparing an delectable
selection of her exquisite Italian treasures.
