– fresh and superbly prepared. The inestimable
culinary stylings of Salvatore Cerasola – built on
a solid foundation of traditional Mediterranean
cuisine – with the aroma of thyme, rosemary, sage
and just a “kiss” of the nuanced Arabian spices
brought back by the seafarers of the North African
coast. Pure delight.
