Wine tasting menu “Baden“

The vines of the Martin Wassmer winery are mainly located in the Markgräflerland region near the border with Switzerland and France. Even the best sites and perfect work in the vineyard and cellar are not the sole secret of a special wine, Wassmer philosophises, but rather passion and persistent care for the soil, vines and grapes. He has dedicated himself to Burgundy wines, both red and white, which you can taste.

The answer from the kitchen: it should be Baden, with a view to the cuisine de Bourgogne – strong, flavourful, deep & irresistible.
